矿井小水泵群联动控制系统的研究

摘要: 针对目前矿井小水仓群排水过程中自动化程度低,设备故障率高,人员劳动强度大等一系列问题,通过优化排水管路、设计模块化控制器、选型监测传感器、控制及组态软件编程,充分运用PLC、网络通讯、新型传感器、模块化软件编程等技术,研究设计出一套小水泵群联动自动控制系统。系统的研究和应用提高了矿井小水仓群排水的自动化程度和水泵的使用效率,降低了人员劳动强度和设备损耗,减少了用人成本和设备投入,促进矿井实现节能减排的目标。

Abstract: Abstract: Aiming at the small cabin of mine drainage pump group mainly by manual inspection control, manual control and stop the pump low degree of automation, the equipment failure rate is high, the labor intensity is big, a series of problems such as huge input of manpower and equipment costs. Study on the design of a set of small water pump linkage group automatic control system by optimizing the drainage pipeline, the modular design of controller, sensor, control and selection of monitoring configuration software programming, make full use of PLC, network communications, sensors, modular software programming technology, design a set of small water pump linkage group automatic control system,. The research and application of the system improves the efficiency and degree of automation of mine water pump small tanks by drainage, reduce the labor intensity of workers and equipment loss, reduce the cost of human and equipment investment, and ultimately to reduce labor intensity, save cost, reduce equipment investment, reduce the pump damage rate, promote the realization of mine energy-saving emission reduction targets.
